I rise

To spend each day with you
On bended knees, I refuse to rise
For my knees are perfect here
Let my praise lift up and thus rise,
Let me sing of you no matter what
Though I may struggle here, I rise
To stand in your courts and bow
While my voice rings through and rise
Let it go up in flames of love
For you my love, early will I rise
To give you all that befits you
In glorious praise, my song shall rise

For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭84:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬
